Our Authentication Process

We follow a multi-stage verification system that combines expert experience with modern authentication technology:

Initial Inspection
Every item undergoes a detailed in-house review by our trained team. We assess material quality, stitching, hardware engravings, logo placement, serial numbers, and craftsmanship — the key indicators of authenticity.

Third-Party Authentication
For higher-value or premium items, we work with Authentic Detective, a trusted third-party authentication service that combines AI technology and expert evaluation to verify luxury goods.
These products are accompanied by a digital or physical Certificate of Authenticity, available to buyers upon request.

For lower-value items, authentication is performed internally by our experienced team using the same verification standards. While these pieces may not include a formal certificate, they undergo the same rigorous inspection process to ensure authenticity.

Tagging & Record Keeping
All verified items are catalogued with inspection notes and authentication details stored securely in our internal database, ensuring traceability and transparency.

Quality & Condition Check
Before being listed, each piece is cleaned, photographed, and reviewed to meet our high presentation and quality standards.
