Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

6.1 All Sales Final

All sales at Reve Luxe are final, as each piece is vintage, pre-loved, or one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced.
We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, buyer’s remorse, fit, or colour preference.

In accordance with UK consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If an item is proven to be misdescribed, faulty, or non-authentic, we will offer a full refund or replacement (if available).

6.2 Notification Period

If you believe an item is faulty or misdescribed, you must notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

6.3 Condition of Returns

  • Returned items (where authorised) must be received in the same condition as sold, unused, and with all original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity documentation.

  • Returns must be shipped via a tracked and insured courier at the customer’s expense unless the item is proven faulty or misdescribed.

6.4 Special Policy for Hermès and High-Value Pieces

Due to their exclusivity and investment-grade nature, new and rare Hermès pieces (including Birkin, Kelly, and Constance models) are sold as final sale, unless the item is proven to be non-authentic or incorrectly described.
All Hermès items are carefully inspected, photographed, and documented before dispatch.
