• Pre-loved and vintage pieces (authenticated and graded for condition).

3. Ordering

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

• Due to the nature of luxury resale, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Payment

• Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.

If an item is proven to be misdescribed, faulty, or non-authentic, we will offer a full refund or replacement (if available).

6.2 Notification Period

If you believe an item is faulty or misdescribed, you must notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

6.3 Condition of Returns

Revé Luxe uses a transparent condition grading system:

Grade Description

New Unused, in pristine condition, may include original boutique packaging.

Excellent Very lightly handled, near new, minimal signs of wear.

Very Good Gently used, small signs of wear consistent with age.

Good Noticeable wear, but structure and function remain intact.

Fair Visible wear and imperfections; priced accordingly.

Vintage or pre-loved items may show age-related wear that does not constitute a defect.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

• Revé Luxe guarantees the authenticity of every product sold.

• All items are verified through our multi-step authentication process, which includes visual inspection, date code checks, and reference comparison.

• If an item is ever found to be counterfeit, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

• We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any luxury brand.

9. Fraudulent Returns and Swapped Items

• All returned items are thoroughly inspected and recorded upon receipt.

• Customers are responsible for returning the exact item received in its original condition and packaging.

• If a returned item is found to be counterfeit, altered, or not the same item originally sold, Revé Luxe will:

  • Refuse the refund.

  • Retain the returned item as evidence.

  • Report the incident to the relevant authorities as suspected fraud.

• Certain high-value items may include authentication markers, serial numbers, or photographic documentation to prevent tampering or switching.

• Attempting to return a counterfeit or swapped item constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or purchase of our products.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
